1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

2. Acceptance of Terms

If you are acting on behalf of a third party, or if your use of the platform is financed by a third party, cv99 reserves the right to close your account and void any associated transactions pending further investigation.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

To register a cv99 account you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) be a resident of Bangladesh or otherwise in a jurisdiction where access to the cv99 platform is not restricted; (c) provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address; and (d) agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the cv99 platform. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered in the name of a spouse, family member, or household occupant where the beneficial user is the same individual — are strictly prohibited. Where cv99 identifies duplicate accounts, all associated balances may be voided and all accounts closed without prior notice.

3.3 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is truthful and accurate. cv99 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information at any time. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held therein.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

cv99 is required to verify the identity of players prior to processing withdrawals. KYC documentation may include a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by cv99 may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

4. Age Restriction — 21 Years and Above

The cv99 platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above. Access to casino games, sports betting markets, and all other gambling services on cv99 is prohibited for individuals under the age of 21. By registering an account, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older.

cv99 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where there is reasonable suspicion that the account holder is under 21. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited in their entirety.

5. Account Security

5.1 Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cv99 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. cv99 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, telephone, or any other channel.

5.2 Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify cv99 immediately at [email protected]. cv99 cannot be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player has failed to maintain the security of their credentials or has delayed in notifying cv99 of a suspected breach.

5.3 Device Security

You are responsible for ensuring that any device used to access the cv99 platform — including mobile phones operating on Grameenphone, Robi, or Banglalink networks — is free from malware and that your connection is reasonably secure. cv99 accepts no liability for losses arising from compromised device or network security on the player's side.

6. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

cv99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). cv99 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Currency conversion at the player's end is the player's own responsibility and cost.

6.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum single deposit on cv99 is ৳500. The maximum single deposit may vary by payment method and is displayed during the deposit process. cv99 reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time with reasonable notice to players.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes of submission, subject to completion of KYC verification. cv99 reserves the right to extend this period where additional compliance checks are required. Withdrawals will only be returned to the payment method used for the originating deposit, in accordance with anti-money-laundering obligations.

6.4 Withdrawal Conditions

cv99 may withhold or delay any withdrawal where: (a) KYC documentation has not been submitted or verified; (b) the associated account is under investigation for suspicious activity; (c) the withdrawal amount includes bonus funds that have not yet satisfied the applicable wagering requirement; or (d) the withdrawal is flagged by cv99's fraud detection systems. cv99 will communicate the reason for any delay to the affected player as promptly as is reasonably practicable.

6.5 Transaction Fees

cv99 does not charge fees on deposits or standard withdrawals. However, payment processors such as bKash, Nagad, and Rocket may impose their own transaction fees which are outside cv99's control. Players are responsible for any such third-party fees.

7. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by cv99, including the welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000, are subject to these general bonus terms and to any additional specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of a conflict between general and specific terms, the specific terms shall prevail.

7.2 Welcome Bonus

New cv99 players who make a qualifying first deposit of ৳1,000 or more via an eligible payment method are entitled to a 100% matched welcome bonus up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is credited to the player's bonus wallet and is subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount on eligible games before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The welcome bonus is available to adults aged 21 and above only and may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, and payment method.

7.3 Wagering Requirements

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable offer terms before withdrawal is permitted. Bets placed on certain game categories (including most live casino titles) may contribute at a reduced rate — typically 10% — toward wagering requirements. Sports bets placed with odds below 1.50 (decimal) do not contribute toward wagering requirements.

7.4 Bonus Abuse

cv99 strictly prohibits bonus abuse. Practices constituting bonus abuse include but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using coordinated betting strategies designed to extract bonus value with minimal risk (commonly known as "bonus hunting"), and providing false information to qualify for a promotion. Where cv99 determines that bonus abuse has occurred, it reserves the right to void the bonus, void any associated winnings, and close the player's account.

7.5 Expiry

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds that have not been wagered within 30 calendar days of being credited will expire and be removed from the player's account without notice. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will not be reinstated.

8. Betting Rules

8.1 Placement of Bets

Bets placed on cv99 are final once confirmed by the system. Players are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their bet selections — including stake amount, market selection, and odds — before confirming. cv99 is not liable for bets placed in error by the player.

8.2 Void Bets

cv99 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the bet was placed on an event that has been cancelled, postponed, or abandoned; (b) the odds offered were materially incorrect due to a technical error; (c) the bet was placed after the relevant event had concluded; or (d) the bet forms part of a pattern of activity that cv99 reasonably considers to constitute fraud or exploitation of a technical error. In all cases of voided bets, the original stake will be returned to the player's account.

8.3 Cricket Betting

All cricket betting markets on cv99 — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — are governed by cv99's sport-specific cricket betting rules. In-play bets are accepted until the market is suspended. cv99 reserves the right to suspend or withdraw any market at any time without prior notice.

8.4 Maximum Winnings

cv99 applies maximum single-bet payout limits which vary by sport and market. These limits are displayed within each betting market. cv99 reserves the right to limit the stake or winnings of any player at its sole discretion.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cv99 platform and will result in account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or exploit any feature of the platform.
• Colluding with other players in card games, live dealer games, or any other context to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, event manipulation, or insider betting in connection with sports betting markets.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with a payment provider after receiving gaming services.
• Using the cv99 platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal purpose.
• Impersonating another player, cv99 staff member, or any other person.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or undeclared errors for financial gain without promptly notifying cv99.
• Accessing the cv99 platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other anonymising technology.

10. Responsible Gaming

cv99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its platform. The platform is designed for entertainment purposes only and should never be used as a means of generating income, resolving financial difficulties, or as a coping mechanism for personal problems.

cv99 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible to all registered players at any time via the account settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that restrict the amount a player may deposit within the specified period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts that notify a player when they have been logged in for a specified duration.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cv99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the cv99 platform, including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service resulting from technical faults, server downtime, or telecommunications failures.

In any event, cv99's aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their cv99 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

cv99 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

cv99 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the cv99 platform. Personal data will not be sold to third parties. 14. Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the cv99 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. 15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable law. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
